The Challenge
Managing traditional locks across a multi-unit residential property posed significant challenges for 25th Street Properties in Sacramento. The Solution:

They’ve been able to call or text me and ask me to let them in remotely. During tenant turnovers, the need for rekeying was eliminated. Effie explained, “We haven’t had to have a locksmith come down and change out the key, saving costs there. It’s also been a really easy process on my phone to remove our old tenant and set up our new tenant with a new key fob and a new code.” -

Effie sees the smart locks as a selling point for attracting modern tenants. “Smart locks are a great feature to be able to add to advertising for potential tenants, especially in today’s world where people often have their phone and not necessarily want to carry a physical key.
