This Agreement is entered into between you (“User”) and Unison Hardware Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Services

You may use our software and services to control and manage smart devices. We may suspend or alter services for updates or legal compliance. Use is limited to lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial use unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, or alter our software without permission

• Install on unauthorized devices

• Interfere with or reverse-engineer the system

3. User Responsibilities

• Secure your account and password

• Ensure the accuracy and legality of data you submit

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., cloud storage, payment processing). These are bound by legal agreements and do not use your data for unrelated purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse. Upon termination, you must delete all software copies and cease use immediately.

 

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
